Honan steps down as Clare Camogie manager

The Clare Senior Camogie team are on the lookout for a new manager following news this morning that Colm Honan has stepped down. In a statement issued by the Clare Camogie Board, they thanked Honan for his time with the team and say they are in the process of filling the post.

Statement from Clare Camogie:

“Clare Camogie Board are very grateful to Colm Honan and his management team for the service that they they have given to Clare Camogie. Colm has served his 2 year term and when he met with Board Officers during their annual review of County teams, Colm indicated that he would not be going forward for a third year.

“The Executive of Clare Camogie Board thank Colm for the work he has done and the impact he has had in Clare Camogie, and wish him the very best for the future.

“The Executive have a Committee in place and the process of filling the senior manager vacancy is in progress.”
