Linnane’s, New Quay
Written by Cormac MacConnell
COME with me last Saturday afternoon to the sundrenched mazylands around New Quay under Black Head and stand for a little while before the grand slated holiday home of  the gently learned Lady Gregory, cupped by green lowlands on the edge of Galway Bay. And then come with me within the Russell Gallery where all the gifted artists from all over Europe who have followed Lady Gregory’s artistic footsteps have slices of their art on the walls. And then come with me the short distance from the gallery down to Linnanes pub and restaurant in New Quay in time to catch the second half of the rugby battle between Ireland and France in Paris.   Registration is required to view this content, registration is FREE
