YOU could call the regulars The Knights Of The Round Tables because there are a lot of solid round tables in The Knights in the Shannon Town Centre. It is in many ways the heart of the strangest small town in Ireland, never mind Clare. And The Knights is a fascinating complex of bars and cafés and a busy carvery. You have to throw in a Knight Club of course (and that’s the way they spell it too) and what has to be the busiest off licence in Clare.
