It’s a hugely significant weekend in the Clare Senior Hurling Championship, and equally crucial in The People’s Team Fantasy Hurling Competition as the race for leaderboard positions heats up.
To assist managers in their final push for glory and that Ennis Electricial sponsored Digital TV, a transfer window is now open until this Friday at midnight where participants can remove two players and replace them with two others of an equal or less value.
In addition, the cap on the number of players per club has been removed which means that a manager can now put his or her eggs in one basket if they so wish by choosing up to four Cratloe, Crusheen, Clarecastle or Clonlara players.
– Only two players can be transferred and there is now no limit on the amount of players per club.
– Teams do not lose the points total of those they wish to transfer or equally do not gain the previous points of their new signings, only their points gained from the semi-finals on will be counted for new players.
– Transfers must be like for like meaning that if a manager transfers two defenders, he/she cannot purchase two forwards in their place.
– The Senior B Final or Relegation Play-Offs are not included in the competition, only the Senior A Semi-Finals and Final.
Transfers can be made by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org before midnight on Friday, September 19.
